At the Fall Work shops in Livonia, we attended a session called "Communicate Our Society to the World" led by Barbara Beckers (Gamma Eta) and Dr. Theresa Lorio (Zeta). We learned about successful methods for developing news releases and public relation techniques for letting the world know that Delta Kappa Gamma is no longer a secret society.

We also attended the State Program Meeting headed by Marilyn Mitchell. We learned what programs other chapters are doing. Gamma Alpha has many fine programs and we are meeting the State’s goals.
